@Evad37: -- per discussions with Imzadi1979, the current setup of this template inserts an un-needed space when the wrap falls on the wrong part of the template output. Ive converted all other states to be correct. Im leaving WA to you so you can fix your articles ASAP when you have fixed this template too.
Basically - |ndash|dash|n|d|on=– }} needs to be changed to |ndash|dash|n|d|on= – }} (see the wikitext for the codes for the different types of spaces)
All transclusions need to then drop the preceeding space so: Foo Road {{WAcity|p=on|Footown}} becomes Foo Road{{WAcity|p=on|Footown}}
