Template doesn't seem to work as advertised edit
- For me (UK) EDT dst=no, EST dst=no, GMT dst=no, & BST dst=no all give 11:54pm. EDT, EST give 7:54am. GMT, BST give 12:54pm. This is surely not the intended behaviour, but I have been unable to produce the effect described in the last column of document. Please correct the usage and/or template so that shows that behaviour and how to use it.
- The "minute" section of documentation shows many TZs that don't have a minute offset. Please verify or fix.
- The use of 12h time should probably be localised so TZs that primarily use 24h time have that.
