Add this to your page using the following code: {{user new message|color=COLOR OF BOX|bordercolor=COLOR OF BORDER|name=USERNAME}}. If you do not include the color, bordercolor and name parameters, the template will by default take the blue colour, as displayed here, and the name as the {{{PAGENAME}}}

orange colors

I changed the box to have the same colors as the message alert for our talk pages. What do you guys think? 10:19, 31 December 2005 (UTC)

I was just about to complain about that :) It's confusing, you see the orange you and you think you have a new message. A better distinction would be nice - a similar but different background? Stevage 15:14, 22 May 2006 (UTC)

I agree, the orange color is distracting. How about blue? This is what I use on my talk page. 09:01, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
