Should this template (Quantify) have it's own page to direct to rather than going to MOS:NUM?

'New_template_thread' has some relevant discussion.

I'd like to have something clear and concise that would cover a range of cases where enumeration is needed. Either free standing or as a new subsection (with shortcuts and template links) for MOS:NUM. I'm leaning towards free standing to avoid distraction/annoyance while making a simple point. --Kevjonesin (talk) 16:19, 1 May 2013 (UTC)
