Regarding copyright status of HK Government works edit
I'm afraid that I have to say it out. Just now I have found that the websites that are listed above all say that the images obtained in those respective websites are for non-commercial use only. Moreover, one copyright notice ([8]) state that the images are only for personal and non-commercial internal use. According to WP:COPY, non-commercial-use images are unacceptable, not to mention the personal-use sentence. Since I think this discovery may cause a great tremor among Wikipedian Hongkongers, I am now bringing this issue out here for discussion.
