Template talk:NOR

I assumed a template calling for No Original Research would be at Template:NOR. It's an easy assumption to make, given WP:NOR and WP:OR. Therefore, I wanted to add something to the See Also section. However, it turns out that the section is not populated from the documentation page and I don't know where it is populated from. Could you please tell me where or add Template:OR there? Thanks.
