Removed "political party" fields

I removed the "Political party" fields from the table, since in most cases these simply repeated the "Governing party" field, and in all cases, it makes more sense to attach the party to the name of the head of government. Feel free to revert. Smurrayinchester 12:25, 19 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
