Please apply Special:Diff/678768119/959221090. It

• adds support for {{Linked|[[File:Example.jpg]]}} and {{Linked|[[Category:X2]]}};
• removes brackets from output of {{Linked|//example.org}};
• simplifies logic for {{Linked|Foo}} and {{Linked|:Foo}} — additional colon in the output before the pagename regardless of namespace.
