Background Color on Outcome

It would be convenient if "Outcome" entries are colourable (the entire tab background) to green for positive entries (Success/Successful), light pinkish red for moderately negative entry (Partial Failure/Partial Success) and red for negative entry (Failure/Unsuccessful).
