Deletion Issues

edit

This comment refers to the original version of this template. It has since been redesigned.

I'm interested in why this is here. Is there some challenge to typing out "is a character in the anime and manga series InuYasha"? Is this a message that changes frequently for some reason? --Twinxor 00:27, 23 Sep 2004 (UTC)

...however, it is not a candidate for speedy deletion because it is in use. I'll list is on WP:TFD.

  • I notice that someone replaced the Japanese InuYasha logo with the English one. Was there some kind of copyright issue with the logo? In any case, I think the Japanese one fits better. What does everyone else think? Even if there was a copyright issue, someone could always make a similar logo. Josh | Talk 01:07, Sep 29, 2004 (UTC)
    • Well, anyway, I replaced the English logo with one containing both the Japanese and English logo. Josh | Talk 06:19, Oct 8, 2004 (UTC)

Style change

edit

... well, I think it's at least a minor improvement, but it could no doubt still use some work. (Amusingly, I ended up reinventing bits of the code in Template:SMoon.) --Aponar Kestrel (talk) 03:28, 2004 Oct 2 (UTC)

Browser Conformity

edit
  • I have noticed that the template looks different in Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. I changed some of the table's padding, which made it look more similar, but the rendering is still not the same. Maybe it doesn't need to be, but I think the template looks better in Firefox. It would be nice if it was the same in Internet Explorer. Josh | Talk 05:46, Oct 2, 2004 (UTC)

Missing characters

edit

At least the following characters are in Category:InuYasha characters, but not in this template. Perhaps they should be added? The said characters include:

Spelling (diacritics)

edit

Many characters (e.g. Muso) are present at the template with the simplest version of their names, with no diacritics at all. In many cases that leads to redirects. Shall we replace the names with the true names of the respective articles (e.g. Musō)? The only reason I can think of that might argue against doing so would be some compability problem. Is there any? Luis Dantas 15:05, 18 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Kohaku

edit

Instead of moveing him around, lets place him in the Misc reoccoring. Lego3400: The Sage of Time 16:57, 21 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Rearranging

edit

The list is out of whack--characters don't belong in many of their categories, particularly Inu no Taisho's group. It deserves a rearrange of the characters. 74.70.7.38 01:39, 15 August 2007 (UTC)Reply
