I've removed Category:All pages needing to be wikified from the template, as this template primarily covers aspects not dealt with by the wikification drive. External link cleanup is dealt with by Wikipedia:WikiProject External links, and their articles are put into Category:Wikipedia external links cleanup; a specific template exists at {{External links}}. Overly large "See also" lists are a little harder, but Wikipedia:WikiProject Laundromat would probably be better able to deal with them. If anyone feels that a particular article needs to be dealt with by the wikification drive, then it's best to tag the article with {{Wikify}}.
