- It provides the full URL of the page it is on. This can be useful for various reasons, many of which involve "Subst:". All the best: Rich Farmbrough, 15:53, 16 June 2014 (UTC).
- It also doubles for Magic Word if it is misused, which is its primary function - it makes the code interface more forgiving. All the best: Rich Farmbrough, 16:09, 16 June 2014 (UTC).
