this template does not work properly

I just edited Wikipedia:WikiProject Rusyns/Drafts/Rusyns so that the cs1|2 templates emitting maintenance messages would not be categorized forever in Category:CS1 maint: uses authors parameter and Category:CS1 maint: url-status. The edit had absolutely nothing to do with the in-line comments that were already present in the lead, §Etymology, and §Origins sections. Editor KaerbaqianRen: please fix your template.
