Full reasoning behind renaming

There were a few reasons I renamed this template – I thought I'd highlight them here. The first is a lot of citation templates use the "Cite ABC" format. Secondly, I plan to add a new template at Template:RCDB in the near future for use in external link sections. It would display a url similar to the following:

• Raptor on the Roller Coaster DataBase
