Changing language on tooltip

Hello @Mrmedley:! I have copied this template to euwiki, but the tooltip shows the names in English, despite the .tab is also in Basque. How can the language be defined in the template? Thanks! -Theklan (talk) 19:13, 26 September 2021 (UTC)

• Thank you, Theklan. I must admit this template is a bit of a botch, adapting code from another template to do the job needed in Official Development Assistance. I'm not a great coder, but will try to look into the Basque issue.Mrmedley (talk) 02:53, 27 September 2021 (UTC)
