Whoever changed Carcar to Carcar City, wait until June 23, 2007. As for Naga, Cebu, wait until it is ratified by residents JLRAtwil 15:05, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
Status of Mandaue City edit
Mandaue City is NOT administratively independent from Cebu Province. True, it is a highly urbanized city, but there are some HUCs which are not independent from their provinces. Mandaue is one of these. --122.52.153.62 (talk) 10:21, 5 May 2010 (UTC)
