Images of non-free subjects

The code in the sandbox for this template implements the additional dw param which has been added in order to allow for suppression of the categorisation as free media where the media is of a non-free subject, and thus not suitable for transfer to Wikimedia Commons.

It would be appreciated if the change could be CAREFULLY reviewed and incorporated into the main template.

Partly done:. Sorry to change your code again, but I used {{yesno}} in the implementation. If you test {{#ifeq:{{{dw|no}}}|no|{{free media}}}} with the dw parameter present but empty (as in {{Cc-by-3.0|dw=}}) then you'll find that {{free media}} would not be included, although that is the opposite of what you want. Using yesno fixes this, as it takes this case into account automatically.
