Is it possible to get this as a Ribbon? Not much call for it right now of course, its just a thought for the future. Should be simple enough right? Blue, maybe with one or twelve gold stars. Just thought it would be good to look at keeping a list of who has been awarded this, so we can see the active members etc. Also perhaps to raise its profile, I'm quite sure there are people around who deserve this.
