Creates a category of the form "YYYY in nationality television", where YYYY is a 4-digit year and nationality is a valid nationality.
e.g.
- Category:1957 in American television
- Category:1964 in Dutch television
- Category:2013 in Irish television

Errors
editIf the template is used on invalid page, an error message is generated and the page is categorised in:
Errors include:
- The page is not in the category namespace
- The page's title does not take the form "YYYY in nationality television"
- The value of "nationality" does not correspond to a country name. The conversion is made using {{GetCountryNameFromAdjective}}, so the problem may be a glitch in that template's lookup table
