Parameters

ProjectName: The name of the proposed project or, when creating a task force, its parent project.

TaskForceName: The name of the proposed task force.

Either TaskForceName or ProjectName must be defined for this template to be used.

description: A description of the Project of Task Force being proposed.

user1: The signature of the first user in the "Support" list. It is recommended to use ~~~ or ~~~~ for this parameter.
