Usage edit
This top icon identifies a user as a WikiCat and adds them to Category:Wikipedian WikiCats. It is also an alternative (or complement) to the user box {{User wikipedia/WikiCat}}.
Add {{WikiCat topicon}} to your profile to display this topicon at the top right corner of your userpage.
