Template:Wen-bai character readings/doc

This template facilitates infobox entries where there are literary and colloquial readings of Chinese characters (a wen-bai 文白) distinction).

Usage

For example, the Mandarin Chinese entry on {{Infobox Chinese}} for Li Bai would be {{Wen-bai character readings|Lǐ Bái|Lǐ Bó}}. When inserted into the appropriate field in the infobox, this produces:

Chinese	李白
