- Usage
- Use this template to add a reference to a taxon on the web site WRMS by providing the taxon id on WRMS.
- If the taxon is a species or a subspecies, prefer Template:WRMS species (which does not display "+species list").

- The name of the taxon with its author
Warning: don't forget italic for genera.- Sample (for Decapoda, which is above generic level): Decapoda Latreille, 1803
- Sample (for genus Abra): Abra Leach in Lamarck, 1818
- validity (optional)
- If the taxon is considered as unaccepted or synonym by ITIS, add nv.
