Usage

This template can be added to a user's talk page to inform them that there have been replies their query at the VRT noticeboard.
If using the Add topic button, do not fill in the subject line; this will cause two headings to appear when submitting.
This template takes one unnamed parameter: the title of the section to link to. Do not include a hash symbol (#) before the heading title.
