Template:User cancer survivor/doc

This template creates a userbox that identifies a user who has survived cancer or another serious medical condition.

Use

To use this userbox template, place the following line of Wikitext on your user page:

{{User cancer survivor|cond=|year1|month1|date1|year2|month2|date2}}

where:

• cond= is the optional user medical condition. (default: cancer)
• year1 is the optional 4-digit year number of the user's initial diagnosis.
• month1 is the optional month number of the user's initial diagnosis.
• date1 is the optional day of month number of the user's initial diagnosis.
• year2 is the optional 4-digit year number of the user's death for memorial only.
• month2 is the optional month number of the user's death for memorial only.
• date2 is the optional day of month number of the user's death for memorial only.
