Usage edit
This template must be substituted and takes one optional parameter.
- No parameter

This template automatically signs for you (so posting four tildes [~~~~] will result in a doubled signature).

Purpose edit
This template is used to advise users performing new pages patrol improperly and with insufficient experience, to please stop doing so – where they have not ceased to do say, typically after one prior request.
