Category header template for categories of the form "Sportname at the YYYY Summer Olympics", e.g. Category:Sailing at the 2020 Summer Olympics or Category:Water polo at the 1968 Summer Olympics
Creates:
- a category header, including location
- a navbox to other years,
- a "see also" link to the article on "<sportname> at the YYYY Summer Olympics" (if it exists)
- parent categories.
Needs no parameters.
