Usage edit
This template inserts the Unicode character to transliterate Cyrillic ь, ʹ (U+02B9 MODIFER LETTER PRIME, ʹ). For the apostrophe convention (e.g. the 'British Standard' transcription), please use {{hamza}}. See also {{hardsign}}.
