The Puerto Rico National Merit Medal or Puerto Rico Barnstar is granted to users who have made exceptional contributions to provide recognition to subjects related to Puerto Rico, significantly expanding or improving Wikipedia's coverage of it.
Usage edit
This template must be substituted. To use this it, add {{subst:Puerto Rico National Merit Medal|1=Put your message here.}} or {{subst:Puerto Rico Barnstar|1=Put your message here.}} to the talk page of the user you wish to award it to.
You can specify a different header than "Puerto Rico National Merit Medal" by using the |title= parameter.
