Purpose edit
This template is used to hide a block of inappropriate discussion on a talk page, accompanying it with a link to our medical disclaimer and a note that this site does not provide medical advice.
Usage edit
Just before the request for medical advice, add this template:

Afterward, add the template:

That will produce this:
