This welcoming template for the Iran Wikiproject shows specific templates {{IranWelcome-anon}} for anonymous users and {{IranWelcome-reg}} for registered users. Both these welcome templates conclude with {{WPIran-invite}} which may be used on its own to invite established editors (who do not need a welcoming to Wikipedia itself) to join the Iran project.
Usage edit
The template should be substituted into an editor's talk page, thus:
