Given a Hindu tithi (Parthama, Dwitiya etc.), return its ordinal (1st, 2nd etc.)
Usage

Parameters
edit- <tithi>
- a Hindu tithi (Pratha, Dwitiya, Tritiya etc.). The parameter should exactly match the title of the wiki page corresponding to the desired tithi (including the initcap).
