Note that the Peer Reviewer tool unfortunately misinterprets Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Dates and numbers #Unit names and symbols, which requires a non-breaking space between numeric values and unit symbols only. A normal space should be used between numeric values and full unit names. For example, use 300 metres (markup: 300 metres
) or 300 m (markup: 300 m
). This prevents line-wrapping producing a line that starts with a unit symbol like 'm', which has always been avoided typographically; there is no problem caused by a line starting with a normal word like 'metres'.
