Horizontal layout:

- On article, the name of the article being reviewed must be written.
- On page, the GAn, n is the number that should be put on it. Just like on the GA template.
- On user, your username must be written.
- On type, if left blank, it displays the text for any contributor; if written with the parameter nom, it will adapt the text for the nominator.
