First unnamed parameter is the subject of the category.
Optional second unnamed parameter is the subject of the first parent category.
Optional parameter parent2 / third unnamed parameter is the subject of the second parent category.
Optional parameter parent3 / fourth unnamed parameter is the subject of the third parent category.

This is for the category Category:Ukraine articles needing expert attention and its parent is Category:Countries articles needing expert attention.
