The source is in Swedish; I ran it through google translate and it looks like it says Villa Geber is one of the most expensive homes in Sweden, rather than the most expensive home in Sweden. BabbaQ, can you please clarify this? Thanks, -- Notecardforfree (talk) 02:45, 20 October 2015 (UTC)

This article was created on October 14, it is above the 1500 character minimum, and it satisfies relevant policy requirements (I did some fairly extensive copy editing to fix grammatical issues, so you may want to give it one more look to make sure there are no remaining linguistic errors). QPQ is satisfied, and the images used in the article are either licensed via CC or in the public domain. ALT1 is substantiated by a foreign language source, it is under 200 characters, and it is interesting. However, I replaced the word "liveable" with the word "residential" in ALT1, because you can technically live in non-residential properties like parks and factories.
