Closing note: Five days have past and the article has only been expanded to ~14kB, still short of the required 45,890 characters required. Even if more time was given, I cannot envision how the article can be expanded to that size.

- Insufficient recent expansion. Nominated article contained 9178 characters of readable text on September 14.
