Unconscious bias training edit

  • ... that unconscious bias training programs are designed to expose people to their unconscious biases, provide tools to adjust automatic patterns of thinking, and ultimately eliminate discriminatory behaviors?
    • ALT1:... that if people feel determined to reduce their unconscious biases and think “that’s wrong” rather than “no”, negation training is an effective unconscious bias training technique...?

  • 5x expanded, in time, long enough, sourced, no apparent copyvios, no QPQ needed (first DYK). Brittanygrimes3, this appears to be the source you are using for the first hook. Where does it talk about the aims of unconscious bias training specifically, however, rather than just the need to implicit bias? The article seems more about why the training is needed, not how the training is designed. --Usernameunique (talk) 08:30, 7 May 2018 (UTC)
