Some minor copyedits — please link abbreviations such as JTWC; not linked anywhere in the article. JMA, although linked in the infobox, could preferably be linked in the lead as well, or at least presented in its expanded form once. Under the Hong Kong subsection, please add a date/s for clarity in timelines.
