The Unsafe Asylum

edit
  • ... that the stories in the book The Unsafe Asylum were inspired by the author's, Anirudh Kala, personal experiences from his visits to mental health institutions in Pakistan, and also patients who visited his clinic in India? Source: [1] (and [link] the source, or cite it briefly without using citation templates)

Moved to mainspace by Satdeep Gill (talk). Self-nominated at 14:25, 31 May 2019 (UTC).

  • Reviewing..@Satdeep Gill:. Thank you for this dyk nomination. It is not new, 5 X expanded or recently made a good article. The proposed hook is too long and complex. Please address these before I review further. Whispyhistory (talk) 07:32, 6 July 2019 (UTC)
  • @Whispyhistory: The article was moved to Mainspace on 24th May 2019, earlier it was in Draft space. You might be mistaken by the creation date of the draft. For the hook: It can be
ALT2: ... that Anirudh Kala, the author of the book, The Unsafe Asylum, is the founding president of Indo-Pak Punjab Psychiatric Society? Source: [4] and [5] (and [link] the source, or cite it briefly without using citation templates)
ALT3: ... that Anirudh Kala, the author of the book, The Unsafe Asylum, is the founding president of Indian Association of Private Psychiatry? Source: [6] and [7] (and [link] the source, or cite it briefly without using citation templates)
ALT4:... that the stories in the book The Unsafe Asylum, by Anirudh Kala, explore the psychological effects of the Partition of India?

I see...thanks. @Satdeep Gill:. I Will review. It needs some rewording to sound more readable. Are you able to do this? There is nothing on its talk page..can you fix that? I'll go through and then look at the better hooks you have suggested. Maybe @Philafrenzy: can caste their magic and help me review this article and dyk. Whispyhistory (talk) 17:05, 9 July 2019 (UTC)
@Whispyhistory: I added two templates on the talk page. I hope someone else can help in rewording. Thank you for the support. --Satdeep Gill (talkcontribs 18:21, 9 July 2019 (UTC)
ALT5 ... that Anirudh Kala's book of short stories, The Unsafe Asylum, explores the psychological effects of the Partition of India? Philafrenzy (talk) 21:25, 9 July 2019 (UTC)
Thanks @Philafrenzy:...ALT5 much better...consider linking author and partition. Whispyhistory (talk) 04:01, 10 July 2019 (UTC)
...deeply touched by this article...QPQ done, hook in article and sourced, moved from draft...no copyvio issues...approving ALT5 which is most accurate. Thank you Satdeep Gill and Philafrenzy.Good team work. Whispyhistory (talk) 21:35, 15 July 2019 (UTC)
