This article is new enough but is not long enough. Before the large expansion on September 6th it was 25 kB and now it is 58 kB, a considerable expansion but nowhere near the 125 kB that would be needed for a fivefold expansion. The hook fact is sourced inline, the article is neutral and I detected no copyright issuies. Realistically, you will need to take this to GA, and then it will become eligible for DYK.
