- Comment: This is my third DYK nomination
Created by Gråbergs Gråa Sång (talk). Self-nominated at 10:24, 17 March 2020 (UTC).
- Article is long enough (6758 characters), new enough (moved to mainspace on 14 March, nominated on 17 March), and article is within policy. Though the subject seems odd, it does appear to have got a lot of coverage in books and TV, and therefore is notable
- Hook is short enough, interesting, and well-cited (AGF on source where page in question is behind a subscription). Would be good for quirky hook slot or April Fool's Day
- QPQ exempt I believe. The QPQ check tool doesn't like your username, presumably because of the å. But on your talkpage I can only see 3 DYK credits there, so I'll take that as fine, and QPQ exempt
- Overall, this nomination passes, congratulations. Joseph2302 (talk) 19:03, 20 March 2020 (UTC)

- Hi, I came by to promote this, but I totally don't get the hook. I would never know it has anything to do with Shakespearean influences. You have an interesting angle of Shakespeare in Star Trek; why not state the connection and give an interesting example in the hook? Yoninah (talk) 21:38, 22 March 2020 (UTC)
- Hello. I think the hook is quite good. Many Of Shakespeare's plays are about English kings, and these have at times been played by actors who was ST Captains, including the 2 greatest ones, Kirk and Picard. So it is plain fact and a little mysterious/amusing, depending on who reads it. Much more obscure, it's also a little alluding to I have the heart and stomach of a king, and of a king of England too. But I'll add an alt.Gråbergs Gråa Sång (talk) 22:47, 22 March 2020 (UTC)
