Overall: @Centehua: Wow, this article looks great! I think that it could be a Good Article in the not-too-distant future.

The only thing preventing me from passing it right now is there is one (short) paragraph that is currently completely unreferenced: the David Rodriguez paragraph. It needs to have at least one citation in order to be approved.

Also, there was one sentence (in the fourth paragraph of the Legacy section) I read while copyediting the article that was missing a word critical to its meaning: it read "Bonilla cited how a New York grand jury indicted a policeman over a 1973 as proof that there was a precedent for retroactive applications of due process." I'm assuming the word "murder" or "killing" was missing between "1973" and "as" (the context suggests this quite strongly), and when I copyedited I inserted the word "killing" in that gap. Please change this to "murder" or another more appropriate word, if necessary.

All in all, this article is really impressive. Once you provide a citation or two for the David Rodriguez paragraph, I will gladly pass this nomination. Great work! Michael Barera (talk) 02:32, 25 April 2019 (UTC)

@Michael Barera: Thank you! I have made the edits, I added citations to David's bio and clarified the legacy sentence (it was a shooting). Centehua (talk) 03:02, 25 April 2019 (UTC)
@Centehua: Thanks so much! That resolves my questions, so I'm passing the nomination now. Once again, nice work! Michael Barera (talk) 03:11, 25 April 2019 (UTC)
