Comment: I suspect that there's a better way to phrase this unusual fact, but without saying "ground-level", which sounds (at least to me) like saying that every floor is the ground floor. See the start of "Pomeroy's Famous Courthouse" here, or the fourth paragraph of this page, for a version of the same.

According to the DYK check, the article hasn't been expanded 5x but is newly created, is more than 1500 characters (3598), it is neutral and properly sourced/cited, hook is good and QPQ is done. Good to go. AARON• ^TALK 16:22, 24 November 2012 (UTC)
