Man Mohan Singh
Man Mohan Singh
  • ... that in 1930, Man Mohan Singh flew his Gipsy-moth "Miss India" from Croydon to Karachi on his own? took off from Croydon on 8 April 1930 and reached Karachi,...was the first Sikh and Indian to complete a solo flight from England to India.[1] in his Gipsy-moth Miss India[2]

  • New enough, long enough and well cited. Appears to be within all policies (neutral, copyvio, etc). I think ALT2 focuses too much on another person. ALT0 is not clear to someone like me who has no idea Croyton is a long way from Karachi. I think ALT1 works fine. ALT3 is a small tweak using London instead (which is still correct as Croyton is in London) and my preference because Karachi is more interesting than India, and it keeps Gipsy-moth in the hook for more interest. Hook is verified with sources. QPQ done. Good to go with ALT3 or ALT1. MB 15:02, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
Thanks. ALT3 sounds best. Whispyhistory (talk) 04:10, 8 January 2019 (UTC)
