- ... that Manila-Cavite Expressway was opened in 1998 as an 6.6 kilometer expressway built on reclaimed land??

Nomination was never transcluded, and as this was an expansion from 2887 to 3397 prose characters, it was less than a 1.2x expansion, not even close to the required 5x expansion. If the original nominator wants, the only possibility for DYK is for this to become a Good Article, and it would need a huge amount of work to get there.
