List of awards and nominations received by Gene Roddenberry edit

  • Not a review, Miyagawa, just a comment: I find the wording of both hooks confusing. Why did fans have to donate $1 each (and to whom was it donated, Roddenberry, or the organization which decides who gets a star on the Walk of Fame)? I was under the impression that inclusion on the Walk was based on merit, not payment, yet the current wording implies otherwise. After reviewing the Walk of Fame article, I see that the fee is for upkeep of the stars, but perhaps there's a way to indicate that in the hook? —GrammarFascist contribstalk 20:48, 26 October 2015 (UTC)
  • Very fair point. I've modified both suggested hooks to try to make it clearer. Thanks. Miyagawa (talk) 16:12, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
  • This list is a five-fold expansion and is new enough and long enough. The image is appropriately licensed, the article is neutral and it does not appear to have any copyright issues. This nomination needs an inline citation for the hook facts. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 07:29, 14 November 2015 (UTC)
  • Thanks for the review - I've added in the missing cite. Miyagawa (talk) 09:20, 14 November 2015 (UTC)
  • Citation added so good to go. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 11:10, 14 November 2015 (UTC)
