- The lead-in prose is long enough (though much of the 1st paragraph is not really germane to the list). Hook short enough. Creation date confirmed. Well referenced enough. Randomly googled a few sentences here and there and found no copyvio or plagiarism concerns. Technically, this looks good to go.
However, the hook is a bit misleading -- what the HofFers did as the headcoach at W&M had rather little to do with why they get inducted to the HofF. Fincher was not even inducted as a coach. I can offer no replacement hooks, though. (Thought about picking on Holtz's HofF headcoaching career starting poorly @W&M but that would be a negative hook on a living person... so I gave up.) --PFHLai (talk) 13:36, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
