Article looks fine overall, long enough, new enough and neutrally written. Sources are good and the hook fact is both sourced and interesting. There's one issue outstanding though - I'm seeing a harv reference error on the two WV Constitution links in the bibliography. Could you please fix this so that I can sign off the article? - Prioryman, thank you for your thoughtful review of this article for DYK! I've removed the harv reference feature from both the West Virginia Constitution links in the Bibliography section, as they are not linked to the above inline citations due to their use of articles and sections vs. actual page numbers. Also, because this is going to be nominated for featured list status, I've reverted the lede back into a lede format, as it is a lengthy introduction for the list below, and not an article per se.
