Improved to Good Article status by Educationtemple (talk). Nominated by Educationtemple (talk) at 09:50, 22 January 2015 (UTC).

Sorry, article is not new or has not been expanded five-fold. Hook is catchy, but not professionally formatted. --AntonTalk 09:03, 24 January 2015 (UTC)
The article is newly promoted to GA. New review needed. Miyagawa (talk) 12:33, 24 January 2015 (UTC)
  • Hook formatted and tweaked. w.carter-Talk 21:47, 24 January 2015 (UTC)
Thanks W.carter. @AntanO: Please see the DYK guidelines—promotion to GA is sufficient to qualify.  Philg88 talk 22:30, 24 January 2015 (UTC)
Is it ok if article has not been expanded 5x since it was created? If so, please go ahead. --AntonTalk 04:11, 25 January 2015 (UTC)
Good to go. @Philg88: Thanks for correcting.--AntonTalk 09:38, 25 January 2015 (UTC)

Please explain for example - what detail you are referring to @Yoninah:? All details about this hook are given in reasonable details within the article and sourced as appropriate. Please specifically suggest, I shall be happy to do this. Cheers! Educationtemple (talk) 17:28, 25 January 2015 (UTC)

This review hardly covers the regular DYK criteria of newness, length, referencing, close paraphrasing, and image licensing. My note is to the DYK reviewer, not you as the page creator.
Notwithstanding the GA criteria, we have found numerous examples of close paraphrasing or copying from the sources when these articles are reviewed at DYK. The DYK reviewer needs to do his or her own check of the sources before giving DYK approval. Similarly, the DYK reviewer should read through the whole article to make sure it is written in a neutral tone. If you have done everything you can to avoid close paraphrasing and have written the article in a neutral tone, you have done your part, and just have to wait for the DYK reviewer to do his. Yoninah (talk) 17:35, 25 January 2015 (UTC)

Oh! Sorry, I misunderstood! @Yoninah:, please go ahead. Thanks for guidance! Educationtemple (talk) 17:49, 25 January 2015 (UTC)

Length is fine and has GA, hook is lesser than 200 characters, no copyvio/plagiarism, sources are ok too. --AntonTalk 16:42, 27 January 2015 (UTC)

The hook is rather repetitive. Maybe you should just end it after "India". Yoninah (talk) 00:00, 29 January 2015 (UTC)

 Done--AntonTalk 05:30, 30 January 2015 (UTC)
